Youth Wellness Workshops Launch

AYAAF recognizes the importance of mental health and emotional well-being for youth. This year, we introduced Youth Wellness Workshops, focusing on topics like stress management, mindfulness, and building resilience.
The workshops, led by experienced mental health professionals, combined interactive activities, group discussions, and practical strategies for managing everyday challenges. Over 100 participants attended the sessions, highlighting the growing need for mental health support among young people.
We’re proud to have created a safe space where youth can share their experiences and learn tools to navigate life’s challenges. AYAAF remains committed to fostering both mental and physical wellness for our community.
